Google Chrome sound stopped working FIX!!!

Hi, this is a problem that shows more and more frequently. Google Chrome is suddenly not emitting sound. I think that Google are not guilty for this problem, maybe it is a problem of Flash Player or some change made in My Documents.

Just create a new Windows User and make it Administrator. Log in, try Google Chrome and if all is working fine, copy all the files and data from the old user to the new user in My Documents.
